Mathematics with Economics - BSc (G1L1)



Mathematics with EconomicsIn this three-year degree, at least 25% of the credits for each year are taken in Economics, taught in the Business School. After the first year, the proportion of Economics may be increased by choosing further Economics modules as electives. Previous study of Economics is not required. The modules taken in Economics include:
First Year:  Principles of Economics (30 credits)
Second Year:  Intermediate Microeconomics (15 credits)
  Intermediate Macroeconomics (15 credits)
Third Year:  Choice from Modules such as:
  Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management (30 credits)
  Econometric Analysis (30 credits)
  or other Economics modules, timetable permitting
